There is an application to the Planning Dept. of City Hall to rezone the farmland at the corner of Meadowlilly Rd. South and Commissioners Rd. to permit the building of a Shopping Mall which will probably be anchored by Walmart. This site is directly above the Meadowlily Woods ESA near the Sports Field on Commissioners Rd.
