London receives 6.2 million dollars (dividends & interest) per year from London Hydro which keeps taxes down.If there was a merger of our energy utility, the only appropriate expenditure of this newly acquired capital would be for that of a sustainable energy fund consisting of:1- an atmospheric fund2- a renewable energy fund that would subsidize & assist in financing green energy infrastructure and retrofits that would be made available to the citizens of London for their homes3- renewable energy infrastructure for our city London Hydro has served us well for over 100 years.
